Design principles
Logical (if not simple) phonology. Multiple derivational rules with hyperproductive roots and very distant meanings being reached very rapidly (e.g., |selb| "red", |esb| "heart"). Unusual syntactic rules which nevertheless should produce sentences understandable with a small level of knowledge
