CONLANG - The oldest and most active mailing list devoted to artistic model languages (artlangs as opposed to auxlangs). The list was cofounded by John Ross and Steve Rice[1].
You need to join and submit messages by e-mail to participate. Make sure not to join the corresponding Yahoo! Group, as it does not submit posts but doesn't provide error messages either.
