Design principles
Anything in Celltiecc must be maximally understandable for any Goidelic (Q-Celtic) or Brythonic (P-Celtic) speaker. Celltiecc must be easy to learn and grammatically regular, but still natural enough so as to not be a strain for Celtic speakers to recognize.
Interest of others
Myself (Nathaniel Ament-Stone) and Dean Powell and others are all actively involved in the project along with its creator, Duke Keenan. Many are interested and are beginning to take part, and interest in Celltiecc grows on a regular basis. Feel free to join the Yahoo group for Celltiecc at site #2, because Celltiecc is an interactive project and little is written in stone. We are looking for any ideas or suggestions you may have.
