Design principles
Some ideas in Chunotl are inspired by Rick Mourneau's essays. The language aims to have a straightforward%26mdash;but not rigid%26mdash;syntax that has few ambiguities.For the phonology, I started with words I liked from other languages and tried to extract word-forming rules.
