Status

The original link here was broken. No current information was able to be found on the Internet. A search of the Wayback Machine does reveal copies of the pages intended for the discussion of the language. In brief:

"Dael is partially based on English, French, German, and the other languages from which most modern languages come. Some elements, however, are completely Daelish."

The project was started in 1993 but gives no date of first release.

There is no indication that this was a fictional language, as was stated previously by this entry.

Even with the salvaged pages, there is nothing that the reader can use to learn the language with. There is only a translation of the main page & of "The Christmas Story."
