The original link here was broken. No current information was able to be found on the Internet. A search of the Wayback Machine does reveal copies of the pages intended for the discussion of the language. In brief:
- "Dael is partially based on English, French, German, and the other languages from which most modern languages come. Some elements, however, are completely Daelish."
- The project was started in 1993 but gives no date of first release.
- There is no indication that this was a fictional language, as was stated previously by this entry.
Even with the salvaged pages, there is nothing that the reader can use to learn the language with. There is only a translation of the main page & of "The Christmas Story."
