Primer
Words in Desa Chat are comprised of 1-, 2- or 3-syllables of 2 letters each. The syllables are comprised of 1 consonant followed by 1 vowel (ex. WA, BE, KI, VO, FU). There are 105 possible syllables in all, with all syllables starting with the letter Z being used for "language-processing systems."
1-syllable words are called indicators. These indicators help define the role that a word plays in a sentence. There are 20 'indicators' in all.
2-syllable words are divided into link words, modifiers, P words (pronouns), numbers, math functions, logic functions & matrix root words. Certain syllables are reserved for starting these words & these words only.
3-syllable words are 'naming words, describing words & action words'. Certain syllables are reserved for starting these words & these words only. There are supposedly "over 5,000" of these words, although a complete dictionary of these words does not appear to exist on the website & no further proof of these words has yet to exist. There is, however, quite an extensive number of these 3-syllable words listed on the webpage.
The 3-syllable words are subdivided into 3 groups: N words (nouns), D words (adjectives) & A words (verbs).
There is no definite article, indefinite article or plural indicator. These are to be rendered by the context of the sentence.
(ex. runadi = the book, a book, the books, books)
In the event that a word or sentence needs absolute clarity beyond what the context of the sentence provides, an indicator can be placed in front of the word that it is modifying.
(ex. ji runadi = the books, books)
Acceptable sentence structures are as followed (the letters correspond to their named letter groups):
- D N
- D D N
- P A N
- P D A N
- P D A D N
- P D A D D N
