Babel Text
1. Panna cyukyu ni hu gokatta da, hu dialetokatta mo.
- TRANSLATION IN ITALIAN
Tutta la terra aveva una sola lingua e le stesse parole.
- TRANSLATION IN ENGLISH
In the whole earth there was one language and one dialect.
- NOTES
- There are no verbs in the Dousha translation. In their place, the adjective past tense ending ~katta was used at the end of the words go "language" and dialeto "dialect". In this case, it is used as for reflecting their existence in that ancient time.
2. Esto kara utazaki ni, lo ga veldu o Sinarosaga ni aita, lu ga aye ni yeremidja.
- TRANSLATION IN ITALIAN
Emigrando dall'oriente gli uomini capitarono in una pianura nel paese di Sennaar e vi si stabilirono.
- TRANSLATION IN ENGLISH
And when they departed from the East, they found a valley in the nation of Shinar and they settled there
- NOTES
- The word utazaki is the active past participle form of the verb utazut "to displace".
- The word Sinarosaga has the osaga "country, nation" word added to Sinar, like as Hungarian ország.
3. Otoko ga nito otoko de loita: "Kota, jolo o sota, lu o motinna kar ollarota". Lu ga jolo o satsuyasele utita, betum o simentuyasele mo.
- TRANSLATION IN ITALIAN

- TRANSLATION IN ENGLISH
And they said to each other: Come, let's make bricks and let's fire them with fire. And they used the bricks as stones, and they used soft coal as lime
- NOTES
- The ~yasele suffix means "like as" and comes from the suffix ~yas "like", having comparative value.
- The words kota, sota, ollarota are the absolute imperative form of the verbs kut "to come", sut "to do" and ollarut "to cook", respectively.
4. Lu ga loita: "Kota! Varosa o epulshosota, tau o mo. Tau no apisu va sora ni shire. Uz de mahanuma o sota mo, suutsucya ni djam supasokete da."

7. Ya! Uz ga daushou! Goof o kohujushou! Ase, lu ga nito lu o ne noushire da!"
- TRANSLATION IN ITALIAN
Scendiamo dunque e confondiamo la loro lingua, perche' non comprendano piu' l'uno la lingua dell'altro".
- TRANSLATION IN ENGLISH
So let's go down, and let's confuse their language there, so that they don't understand each other's speech
8. Ase, Lorudo va lo o suutsucya ni supasoshita. Varosa va mor ne epulshoshita.
- TRANSLATION IN ITALIAN
Il Signore li disperse di la' su tutta la terra ed essi cessarono di costruire la città'.
- TRANSLATION IN ENGLISH

9. Sore kara Lorudo va Babel no numa o an varosa de shita. Go no kohuju kara Lorudo kara an varosa no numa ga Babel da. Lu ga lo o soke kara supasoshita.
