Fictional naming language
From Langmaker
A fictional naming language is a basic conlang created just for the purpose of naming fictional people, places and things.
These languages are often used in science fiction or fantasy novels, movies, and TV programs, as well as role-playing game settings. Good examples include the Ferengi language on Star Trek, and the Narn language on Babylon 5.
Fictional naming languages often evolve into full diachronic languages through use, such as is the case with Klingon.
