Japanglish was invented by Josh "Jae" Munce as a personal language.
Alternative: The word 'Japanglish has been used for many decades by both gaijin (non-Japanese) and Japanese alike to refer to words and phrases, rendered in the written form using katakana script, that have been borrowed from English but used and pronounced in a uniquely Japanese way.
