Jeffrey Henning, currently #43 on Specialpage's Most Wanted List, is the shadowy character responsible, if that is the word, for Langmaker.com and, in part, for the disturbing rise in conlanging and other conartistry worldwide. He lives in Massachusetts, and works in the town where the notorious Sacco and Vanzetti murders took place, though Interpol has been unable to directly associate his name with the crimes. He is a known ringleader in an international organization, and in his spare time is suspected of wargaming. He also enjoys Galaxy Quest.
