Language sources
Katialian (Kaţijaljna) is a Neo-Latin language. I evolved it into the current language from Lauren Italic, from Old Latin. Most of the evolution looks like Classical Latin up to the vowel shift (which makes some words look like English). Its influences are:
Largest Influences
Moderate Influences
Small Influences
Tiny Influences
Design principles
I designed the language around nothing, really it was just something I started when I was bored. Its principles today are to retain inflection and 'classicality' while infusing other influences.
Interest of others
I am the sole person who has done the work; however, there are some who would like to learn it.
