Language sources
Finnish, Welsh and Maori inspired the sounds. Welsh and Basque inspired the grammar.

Design principles
The language is VSO and agglutinating. Verbs are marked for subject and object and nouns for definiteness. Number and tense are not always marked. Tense is marked outside the verb and case by prepositions. The language grew out of my earlier conlang Lesdekan. Lesdekan was spoken on Earth, a setting I had begun to find too restrictive.
