Oopee, a fictional language, was developed by Kelly Kozlowski|Carmen St. Jean.

My previous language of Miktain. It was said to be its older form, even though it sounds nothing like it.

Design principles

It has a rather silly sound. The point is to construct a sentence from very few words but it has such a powerful meaning that translating would be hard.
