Rhean is a fictional language and was designed by Mike Ellis.

Meant to have a characteristic sound and look that I like, with conciseness and flexibility.
Interest of others
Used in a handful of Translation Relays, including the 10th Conlang Translation Relay. Joseph Fatula helped design the final look of the flag.
