Design principles
Each feature of Shaja was voted on by the members of the team. There weren't any overriding design principles; each of us had the freedom to vote for or propose whatever he liked.
Interest of others
The progress of Shaja has been watched with interest by the other members of the ZBB, several of whom are going to join in the second stage by deriving their own daughter languages from it.
