Sheli, a personal language, was developed by David J. Peterson. It has been used for a translation of the Babel Text. It is written with a unique script.

Design principles
Through classifiers, the inverse system, the animacy hierarchy, and the multi-purpose genitive construction, I've tried to mimic, in a way, the freedom of ASL constituent ordering in an oral language. Every device is intended to achieve that end.
