Description
Sindarin is the language of the Grey Elves in Tolkien's The Lord of the Rings and other books in his legendarium.

Uniqueness
Sindarin is descended via Old Sindarin from Primitive Elvish, the common ancestor of Quenya.
It shares a writing system, known as Tengwar with Tolkien's other elvish languages.
