Sinnish, a personal language, was developed by Scott 'Blade' Hamilton. In Sinnish, the language is called lidosazh, which translates into "Sazh-song" (sazh being an important virtue for the speakers of the language).
It is written with a unique alphabet called yapusazh, and a logographic script is being designed.

Language sources
It steals ideas from a number of different places, including Spanish, Latin, Laadan, Quenya and English. The lexicon is a priori, however.

Interest of others
Its interest is limited to just a few of my friends and my wife so far. They like the idea of it being used as a stealth language and to use it to express ideas from various subcultures that are otherwise difficult to explain.
