Interest of others
Unfortunately, there hasn't been a whole lot of it, and much of it is rather negative. I have gotten a lot of criticism over the decidedly mundane quality, even though it makes sense in the context of the culture.

Influences
Japanese influenced some aspects of the syntax and morphology while the case system was intended to be reminiscent of Latin and other Indo-European languages. Many lexemes are actually disguised loans from English and other languages, or eponyms.
