Language sources
Volapük, Ido, Novial, Fasile, Eurix, Romanova, Esperanto, Unish and so on. But Tino is purely utilitarian, without religion, internal ideas, progressive ideology and so on. Moreover, it belongs to all speakers, not to a closed group. And it changes continuously, as all at the science.
Design principles
Oral nature; languages aren't a written fact. Tino must be as easy as possible, even for people who vainly learn foreign languages. Academicism, sectarianism and blocking attitudes are excluded. The scientific principle on dependence under experimental facts is the key.
