Toki IO

The Toki IO is a limited language:
- only 110 words
- only 6 letters (i o k n t z)
- binary numeric system ( i=1 ; o=0) with mathematic rules.
Toki-IO is just an exercice de style: to make a language seeming toki pona, but with a operational system of numbers, able to explain all kinds of numbers.
