Toolan is a non-completed language started in 2006. As of now, it has approximately 200 words, with a goal of 2000. Work was paused for a while in May 2006, but was resumed December 11, 2006, the creator deciding to translate lists of most common words into "Toolan", rather than the time-consuming method of actually going through an Oxford Pocket Dictionary, and is now progressing steadily. Whether it will be a fictional language or a real-life language is still being discussed. The creator is anonymous.
