Trurian was written by Jona J. Fras as an artlang. It has been used for a translation of the Babel Text.

Language sources
I drew substantial grammatical resources (such as case system and word order) from Latin, and others (such as feminine endings and the lack of a copula) from Semitic languages. The phonology was intended to look faintly Tolkien-Elvish in style - but has later evolved in a largely different, namely much more complex, direction.
