Wessisc was written by Damon M. Lord as artlang. It has been used for a translation of the Babel Text.

Brithenig, Anglo-Saxon, Welsh, Cornish with a few influences from German.

Design principles

To construct a language which would be classed as Germanic, but with sufficient orthogrpahic and grammatical influences and influences in vocabulary for it also to be said to have Celtic influences.
